  1. What is the Citi Bonus Cash Center?
    The Citi Bonus Cash Center site is a shopping destination that allows eligible Citi cardmembers to earn additional cash back any time you shop with your eligible Citi card at participating stores. Additional cash back earned from eligible purchases made via the Citi Bonus Cash Center can be viewed under Recent Transactions usually within 15 days of your purchase date and will appear on your credit card billing statement within 1-3 statement cycles.
  2. My Citi Bonus Cash Center log-in does not work. Why?
    We've improved our process. You no longer need a separate Citi Bonus Cash Center® log-in. Simply click on an offer to access Account Online, log-in and begin earning additional cash back.
  3. How do I earn additional cash back using the Citi Bonus Cash Center?
    1. Log in to your eligible card account at www.citicards.com.
    2. Select the Citi Bonus Cash Center link at the top of the page or under the "Benefits and Services" tab. (Be sure your cookies are enabled so that we can properly track your purchases and award you bonus cash.)
    3. Search by store or category to browse different store offers or to select a specific item.
    4. Click to choose the store you want.
    5. Use your eligible Citi card to purchase the item(s) you want and earn additional bonus cash. There is no limit to the amount of additional bonus cash you can earn through the Citi Bonus Cash Center.
  4. What stores are featured on the Citi Bonus Cash Center site?
    The Citi Bonus Cash Center site provides you access to hundreds of stores in a wide variety of categories including apparel, electronics, jewelry, music, travel, and much more. See a complete list of participating stores.
  5. Do the offers on the Citi Bonus Cash Center site expire?
    Store offers are subject to change and the length of availability and additional cash back amount varies by store. Also, special offers like free shipping or percentage-off offers may be time-based. The specific terms and conditions for every store can be seen by entering the store name in the search box and seeing the details specific to that store.
  6. What causes store offers to change?
    The participating stores of the Citi Bonus Cash Center control the variability of the offers shown. Additional cash back offers may be offered on a limited time, promotional basis and are subject to change without notice. The amount of additional cash back per dollar that you earn will be based on the specific store's offer on the day you make the purchase.

    If you make a purchase with a store that later leaves the Citi Bonus Cash Center, you will still earn your cash back.
  7. How do I learn of store updates or changes?
    Store offers are regularly updated to ensure you are receiving the best value. For the most current additional cash back offers, please visit the Citi Bonus Cash Center regularly.
  8. Can I use coupons or discount codes when I shop through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site?
    Yes, you can use coupons or discount codes that are provided on the Citi Bonus Cash Center site. All approved coupon codes will either be displayed on the Citi Bonus Cash Center site or discounts will simply be available once you click on a discount link that's in the Citi Bonus Cash Center site and takes you to a specific store. Note that if you go to other third party websites for coupon codes and use those, or if you use coupons in promotional mail/e-mail not from the Citi Bonus Cash Center, you may invalidate your opportunity for additional cash back through this program.

Additional Cash Back Questions

  1. How long will it take for additional cash back to appear?

    Additional cash back earned from eligible purchase made via the Citi Bonus Cash Center can be viewed under Recent Transactions usually within 15 days of your purchase date and will appear on your credit card billing statement within 1-3 statement cycles.

    The amount of time between when you place your order with a store and when your additional cash back can be viewed under Recent Transactions can vary widely, depending on the store:

     

    • The transaction will appear in the Recent Transactions list on the Citi Bonus Cash Center site. For any purchases made for travel (including hotels and rental cars) your bonus cash will appear in the Recent Transactions list within 15 days from the date of when the travel has occurred.
  2. What if I am missing bonus cash for my Citi Bonus Cash Center purchase?

    Your bonus cash should appear in the recent transaction list in the Citi Bonus Cash Center site within 15 days. (except for travel transactions as noted above).

    If after 15 days you still do not see the bonus cash in the Recent Transactions list, Contact Us and provide the date of transaction, store name, order number, and amount of your purchase (before taxes and shipping). Note that we can only research transactions made within the past 180 days. Stores will not address order inquiries older than 180 days since the transaction date, therefore missing bonus cash cannot be obtained for these purchases.

  3. If I return a purchase I made through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site, what happens to the bonus cash?
    You will not earn bonus cash for returned merchandise. If bonus cash have posted to your rewards account, it may be removed from the account.
  4. How do I know if my purchase is "qualified" to earn bonus cash?

    In order for a purchase to qualify for bonus cash, you must make the purchase with your eligible Citi card for online purchases and you must access the store link or purchase a retail gift card through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site.

    Shipping, handling, and taxes are not eligible for additional bonus cash.

    On a store by store basis, specific products, types of purchases, third-party services, etc, may not be eligible for bonus cash. Please be sure to read each store's disclaimer for specific exclusions.

    Stores may exclude bonus point offers on purchases shipped outside of the continental United States. The specific terms and conditions for every store can be seen by entering the store name in the search box and seeing the details specific to that store.

  5. The Citi Bonus Cash Center bonus cash I earned does not match the purchase amount. Why?
    Some items or services are not eligible for Citi Bonus Cash Center bonus cash. The excluded items vary by store and generally include taxes, shipping, installation and service fees, gift wrapping, and gift card purchases. See each store's page in the Citi Bonus Cash Center site for details about their specific offer(s).
  6. Can I receive bonus cash for purchases made at store websites I do not access through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site?
    No, bonus cash are only issued for purchases made with online stores through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site. Purchases made by shopping directly on the store's website are not eligible for bonus cash. Always click from the Citi Bonus Cash Center site to the store's website to begin your online shopping.
  7. If I recently made a purchase at a participating store but did not go through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site, can I get still get additional bonus cash?
    Unfortunately, additional bonus cash is not awarded for prior purchases that are made outside of the Citi Bonus Cash Center site. You must go through the Citi Bonus Cash Center in order to get additional bonus cash.
  8. Is there a limit to the amount ofadditional bonus cash I can earn through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site?
    There is no limit to the amount of additional bonus cash you can earn through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site.

Order Questions

  1. How do I track the delivery status of my order?
    Please direct all tracking, order status, delivery time, and delivery method questions to the store.
  2. How do I return merchandise purchased through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site?
    Return guidelines and policies are determined by the store. Please contact the store directly for any return instructions. You may also want to familiarize yourself with the store return policy prior to completing your online purchase.
  3. Should I keep the order/confirmation number I receive from the store?
    We recommend keeping online order details and confirmations when shopping online. Having that information can also help if you need to contact us with any questions about your bonus cash.
  4. What happens if something I buy through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site is backordered?
    If items purchased with a store through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site are backordered, bonus cash will not post to your Recent Transactions list until after the item has been billed and shipped. Bonus cash can take up to 15 days from the billing/shipping date to post to your Recent Transactions list. For any tracking and order status questions, please contact the store directly.

  3. Why do I have to have cookies enabled in my browser to use this site? Are they safe?
    Cookies are tokens that help us identify you within our website. Cookies allow us to personalize your display, let you see your online transactions that earned additional bonus cash, and allow us to properly track your clicks when you click on store links. Without cookies, we will not be able to properly track your activity and therefore cannot award your additional bonus cash for online purchases made through the site.
  4. How can I ensure I get cash back for shopping with AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, uBlock, AdBlock Pro or another ad blocker installed?
    Members with ad blocker (AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, uBlock, AdBlock Pro) installed on their computers may experience issues receiving their cash back for purchases made through Citi Bonus Cash Center.

    Chrome, Safari & Firefox Users: In order to successfully track cash back in Citi Bonus Cash Center, please add or subscribe to the Citi Bonus Cash Center filter list. This will allow proper tracking of Citi Bonus Cash Center to affiliate network sites.

    Internet Explorer Users: In order to successfully track cash back for every online purchase, please temporarily disable AdBlock, AdBlock Plus, uBlock, AdBlock Pro or another ad blocker installed during your shopping trips.
