Additional cash back earned from eligible purchase made via the Citi Bonus Cash Center can be viewed under Recent Transactions usually within 15 days of your purchase date and will appear on your credit card billing statement within 1-3 statement cycles.
The amount of time between when you place your order with a store and when your additional cash back can be viewed under Recent Transactions can vary widely, depending on the store:
Your bonus cash should appear in the recent transaction list in the Citi Bonus Cash Center site within 15 days. (except for travel transactions as noted above).
If after 15 days you still do not see the bonus cash in the Recent Transactions list, Contact Us and provide the date of transaction, store name, order number, and amount of your purchase (before taxes and shipping). Note that we can only research transactions made within the past 180 days. Stores will not address order inquiries older than 180 days since the transaction date, therefore missing bonus cash cannot be obtained for these purchases.
In order for a purchase to qualify for bonus cash, you must make the purchase with your eligible Citi card for online purchases and you must access the store link or purchase a retail gift card through the Citi Bonus Cash Center site.
Shipping, handling, and taxes are not eligible for additional bonus cash.
On a store by store basis, specific products, types of purchases, third-party services, etc, may not be eligible for bonus cash. Please be sure to read each store's disclaimer for specific exclusions.
Stores may exclude bonus point offers on purchases shipped outside of the continental United States. The specific terms and conditions for every store can be seen by entering the store name in the search box and seeing the details specific to that store.
Chrome, Safari & Firefox Users: In order to successfully track cash back in Citi Bonus Cash Center, please add or subscribe to the Citi Bonus Cash Center filter list. This will allow proper tracking of Citi Bonus Cash Center to affiliate network sites.
